Brewed with a malt bill to provide a soft, doughy body that gives way to a classic Pilsner “milk and honey” sweetness. Balanced throughout, with subtle bitterness up front from Simcoe hops and an aromatic blend of Loral, Cashmere, and Belma providing notes of cantaloupe and orange peel. This beer is eminently crushable, finishing clean, light, and crisp.
